General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened , unused or faulty items sold by ALAMO CITY AUTO SPA within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  Items need to be returned in their original packaging to the physical address (166 North Loop 1604 East, an Antonio, Texas 78232).

You may return new, unopened and unused items or faulty items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

On-Line Purchases:  Since the only products sold on-line at ALAMOCITYAUTOSPA.COM are service related products that need to be performed at ALAMO CITY AUTO SPA’S physical address (166 North Loop 1604 East, an Antonio, Texas 78232) you need to bring the confirmation printout of your unused confirmation order to receive a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

In Store Product Purchase: To receive a refund or to exchange an item you will need to return the unopened, unused or faulty product within 30 days from the date of purchase together with the sales ticket to ALAMO CITY AUTO SPA at 166 North Loop 1604 East, San Antonio, Texas 78232 (210-495-9600).

Credit card purchases credit back to the credit card used; cash purchases are paid by check. 

Items that are Not Returnable

ITEMS THAT ARE OPENED; ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED; AND ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN PURCHASED THAT ARE MORE THAN 30 DAYS PAST THE DATE OF PURCHASE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

Orders Returned After 30 Days

Orders that were purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return.
